Former Queensrÿche front man Geoff Tate has had a rough last year or so. The band members dumped him after firing their manager, an office assistant, and their guitar tech (who all happen to be members of Geoff's family). Since the name is owned by all members, Geoff is currently touring with his own version of Queensrÿche in support of his second solo album, Kings and Theives. The show was amazing. Geoff never sounded better covering classic Queensrÿche songs like “Silent Lucidity,” “Jet City Woman,” and “Another Rainy Night (Without You)” along with his own solo material. The music is progressive-metal in style and the songs are melodic with catchy hooks and choruses that get the whole crowd singing.
